If Aubameyang score a goal at 19' before Chelsea scored second goal, this game could turn out differently. Besides this, Arsenal also wasted several great chances in the game: Mkhitaryan at 31', Aubameyang at 43', and Iwobi at 45'. All I want to say is that Arsenal didn't play worse than Chelsea did.
