Hello Steemians,

From past 3 months, I am seeing a lot of posts on trending page which focuses on the particular topic, "REWARD POOL RAPE", Peoples are writing the open letter to each other and I read most of them. I heard from @papa-pepper, @transisto, @berniesanders, @hejin, @charles1, I got an endless list of such open letters. The big things are that this post contains proof, photos, claims and making each other wrong. And the thing these guys are missing is the SOLUTION, few of these letters have some solutions too but they are a bit impractical according to my logic, I don't know about yours. Before starting with the main topic, I would love to say that...,

I respect you and your knowledge, I love you but I am focusing on solutions, so most of my words will hurt you. But my sentiments are clear and that is to provide the solution and express what I feel and share my Idea with all you guys! I request you to not to downvote as I am not making allegations on anyone!

So let's Start... by finding and enlisting problems first!

Post count

• First thing first, Many of the peoples are talking about limiting the number of posts per day, SOME SAID TO LIMIT 4 DAILY POSTS PER USER, this is not a solution in my case, you can limit the peoples from posting as it is a pure blogging site first or based on that ideology with the help of modern decentralize behavior.

Reward Limit

• Steemit is a forever growing platform with rapid changes with an aim to make the experience better. There are the users who take 2 hours and a lot of hard work, research to deliver a single post and that too goes unseen. Limiting reward is not a permanent solution and in my case, it's not even a solution too... It's quality of post and nature of rewards which decides the reward distribution!!

Bid Bots

• Bid bots are the key factor which can jump your post from NEW PAGE TO TRENDING PAGE, but the thing is that every user is using it in their own manner some for attention, some for maximizing the rewards and some for to just hit the trending page.

Plagiarism

• Plagiarism is the biggest issue which still has no solution by the time now, there are few steemit organizations which are working on their peak to clean shits from Steemit but that is way too small if we compare it with the whole Steemit community.

Steem power delegations

• Few peoples are just born scammers and spammers. On steemit too, there are peoples who take massive steem power delegation and turn it into the business mechanism. Vote for vote!!!

Reputation

• With big position, big responsibilities come. But that is a metaphor in terms of Steemit. I see a very few peoples who are whales are taking interest in developing something for steemit. They are just taking but not have a big heart of giving.

Let's get into solutions...

Post-Solution

• I disagree with the statement of limiting post. Actually what we can do is that after a specific count of the post(in a day), we must start taking a bigger part of the reward, let me explain you with an example...
• Let's assume that I posted 6 posts within 24 hours,
• Post #1 - 200$(final earning on the 7th day)
• Post #2 - 250$(final earning on the 7th day)
• Post #3 - 100$(final earning on the 7th day)
• Post #4 - 80$(final earning on the 7th day)
• Post #5 - 183$(final earning on the 7th day) - Cutoff a piece of reward i.e. 25% of total (assumption)
• Post #6 - 275$(final earning on the 7th day) - Cutoff a piece of reward i.e. 30% of total (assumption)
• By this way, we can monetize the post count and take a smaller part of the reward from everyone who posts more!
• We can send this cutoff rewards in an account that can serve as an investor to many startups and projects on Steemit!
• We can discuss more on this afterward!

Reward Limit

• Limiting the reward will be a wrong thing for a post as these rewards show the potential of thoughts and Ideas.
• We can bind Reward limit around POST-Solution.
• However, we must build a mechanism that can blacklist the spammers and limit their rewards to a certain cap.

Bid Bots

• Bid bots are a great concept of pumping up the post but it goes wrong in many cases where peoples are using as a business model.
• I partially stand with bid bots, but I really feel pity about bots because they can't give you a real human-like feedback that is necessary for steemit environment.
• We must start thinking about the next generation of bots that are capable of increasing of interactions instead of being static.
  -I must say that the amount of SBD we are investing for posts, we can invest that in small startups that will help everyone including steemit platform. Look at the big picture don't be static!!
• Few peoples won't agree with me and I want to say this,
  

Plagiarism

• According to my knowledge, everyday 50+ users are creating their own bid bots or voting bots and I am happy about that!
• But can't we spend a small amount of time and money to build a bot that is capable of finding plagiarism, copied, spam or unwanted contents on Steemit and will treat it in the right way??
• We have so many developers now thanks @utopian-io and @elear !! Use the talent! guys!!

Reputation

• We have many whales like @papa-pepper, @transisto, @roelandp, etc..., who are developing more for steemit.
• But the count of such big hearts whales is small in front of ones who don't feel their responsibility towards steemit.
• We can set a guideline for Such whales whose REPUTATION>70, we can have a solution like,
• Reputation score of 70+ will be given to the whales or users who run a witness node, develop for steemit or promote steemit.
• This will be easy for every user to track Reputation-70+ users.
• The one who can give is more valuable and precious than the one who believes in receiving only...

For the users who say that this is impossible to implement than that user must know that Developing a under-developed city is more easier than developing an already developed city!!!

In the End, I request @ned @steemdevs to Set Responsibility and guideline for everyone.
