It's sad what happened to the little girl, but how did it happen twice, didn't she report it the first time?

There is a lot of injustice in the US when it comes to Cannabis, in Canada it still happens even thou we are on the cusp of legalization... just for growing a plant that the Gov't says is harmful and has made it a Schedule 1 drug. Luckily in Canada, every household will be allowed to grow 4 plants for themselves next year, that'snot the case in the "Land Of The Free", good ol USA.
