Banning Russia From Winter Olympics

South Korea will be hosting the 2018 Winter Olympics Games in PyeongChang in a little more than two months. But Russia will not be part of it, and the ‘clean’ Russian athletes will do so without their flag and anthem. In one of the strictest decisions in its history, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) has banned Russia from competing in the upcoming Winter Olympics for a massive state-sponsored doping scheme carried out by Russia.
