Congress, and their deep state masters, are out of control--out of our control, certainly. Given the rampant electoral fraud that puts them in office, on top of the already blatant favoring of corporate power but further cemented by Citizens United, we people have about as much say in our representation as did the rebellious colonists that formed these United States.

Which is to say, none.

Were our courts actual checks on the power of Congress, or the Executive, rather than enablers and beneficiaries of their abuses of our people, this would not even be attempted, as a just court would certainly throw it out as unconstitutional.

However, we see that the courts no longer even recognize the Constitution as law, and haven't since at least the Civil War, despite rhetoric to the contrary. Lysander Spooner correctly observed before the Civil War that either the Constitution had never been intended to create a free country, or had failed to, but in either case had been proved unequal to the task.

The fact is that scribbles on paper don't protect our rights.

We do.

Use them or lose them.

Frankly, I reckon we lost them long ago, and successive generations of indoctrinaddled Americans devoured by our public miseducation system but continue to exacerbate the problem. It's why armed gangs of fascists like Antifa and BLM dare to operate, supported and directed by groups such as Planned Parenthood and the SPLC, another level of cutout for control by Soros and his ilk, the Rothschilds.

There are new paradigms arising, in terms of personal and community defense. I do hope ya'll look into them, and adopt those better potential of discouraging armed thugs from invading your home, seizing your assets, or even your children.
