So, non-military experts, like the psychiatrists and medical doctors that enabled them to push torture to, and past, the limits of human survival in black sites and Gitmo ever since they stood down and let Bush and Cheney conduct 9/11?

I, for one, am gonna be pretty hard to convince this is a good thing, or that US military forces should be considered benevelont when they assume the mantles of Overlords. Just whose wars were supplying the kids and organs the CIA was trafficking? From Bosnia to Libya, it's the US military at the forefront of the devastation of the nations of the world, with bases in practically every country there is.

There is no need for military tribunals to enforce the laws long on the books against human trafficking, fraud, money laundering, drug smuggling, and the like, mostly a list of things the CIA is best at.

Also, given that list of it's expertise, I don't see any good reason not to shoot the lot of them, and to instead fold them into the surveillance state even tighter by making them part of the NSA.

Particularly after hearing Trump say '...take the guns first, and worry about due process later..." I'm not getting an especially warm and fuzzy feeling.
