Cape Town - No Water

So the plan is to make ordinary folk stand in que's to collect water , the only problem is that water is now a valuable item and vicious gangsters will commandeer collection points and make it nearly impossible for anyone but the legion of unemployed(40% in Cape Town)) they control to get a drop.

People will fight AND COMPLAIN AND GET BEATEN AND STABBED IN THE PROCESS but the gangsters will take every free drop and sell it back to those who can afford not to que , this is not rocket science in the most crime infested city on earth , it's common sense ,and nobody here ,like water HAS A DROP OF IT !

I QUE REGULARLY IN THIS TOWN

Que jumping , placeholding , intimidation and outright cheating are a sport in Cape Town , a badge of pride amongst most ,who consider beating the system bragworthy , consider now a valuable ,marketable , vital neccesity up for grabs free in an uncontrolled que'ing enviroment... it's manna from heaven for our gangsters and unemployed , whom , by the way have just been told LOUDLY in the media that this is EXACTLY what they can now expect .

Our "authorities " are a bunch of insane clowns and a million people at least in Cape Town face having to leave almost instantly . As this situation develops I will post UPDATES
