But why toy companies?

I imagine it doesn't make much of a difference as these types of bankruptcy rings operate in all fields.

    Toy companies are largely making huge losses and becoming irrelevant in the age of Amazon. It's easier to run a bankruptcy ring in a failing industry than one which is doing well.
