'An Open Secret' was released in 2014 and follows the real life experiences of several child actors who fell into the control of a variety of sexual predators in Hollywood who pray on innocent children.
The details of the highly corrupt industry and they way in which it exploits children (and adults) are clear to see. It is stated that no child who has made accusations of sexual abuse has gone on to have a successful career and that in all cases the industry rejects them following them reporting abusers.

When I uploaded this to Dtube in October 2017, I was not aware that Brock Pierce from EOS was actually featured in it as an alleged member of the abuse gang, but in the following days I suddenly realised I had seen him somewhere before. As of yesterday, Brock Pierce was effectively erased from the public face of EOS following A Comedian on US television drawing public attention to this issue.

Anyone who rationalizes messing with children in any way, shape, or form as acceptable should be put on a one-way trip to the Sun. Such a vile aspect of humanity that hides in the dark because it is an emotional topic; helps to shine the light on it, at the very least.
I've always found it fascinating how even inmates in prison (murderers, thieves, rapists, etc.) find those who mess with children to be the most mentally sick and treat them as such. Illustrates just how deeply our collective human nature values children.
On some level we all understand that our own inner child has been hurt and needs protecting - so those who attack children must therefore be embodying an extra level of dsyfunction - even when compared to murderers in prison. It's tough sometimes to understand the situation from the outside, but I remain confident that it is technically possible for all to heal - though the form the healing might take is possibly hugely different to the forms we see commonly today.
This is just saddening. No children deserves such treatment whether they are on the entertainment industry or not. They should be given the chance to pursue their careers without the need to be subjected to sexual abuse. Unfortunately, the entertainment industry is just that corrupt which is sickening. Therefore, we need people like you @ura-soul to expose such practices and hopefully will make the entertainment industry safer and more child friendly.
I'm not sure I think that an entertainment industry (or most industries) are suitable for children - but I understand that many have a strong will and desire to be part of it for some reason.
It is necessary to shine as much light into these topics as we can, since many of the victims have little ability to be heard.
