Can you comment on the Russian military response to the US/Allied attack on April 14, 2018, and reports of Syrians dancing in the street afterwards?
What I see is that the actual effects of such war crimes as are assumed to have occurred aren't evident, other than as rhetoric. I see evidence of the consequences of an attack coordinated with Syria and Russia, including and particularly that 6 civilians were injured--by over 100 cruise missiles.
I suspect that the forces provided by France and England were suitably constrained.
While rhetoric is strong, I see the situation on the ground does not remotely resemble the aftermath of an attack that significantly harmed the Syrian people. Also, you state that 6 civilians died, while I have seen reports that 6 people were injured.
