It's disgusting how the cop 👮 Is so excited that his dog is attacking a human being. Police's job is to arrest a man who has surrendered not to attack him.
These are the types they hire now. It feels very much like our cops are turning toward torture tactics. All we can do to change this dynamic is to teach our children and set the correct examples because they will soon replace this group who lacks empathy.
