Chick-fil-A Offers Former Cracker Barrel Employee Job, Offer has Gone Viral
Recently I wrote that “Brad’s Wife” was fired by Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. She was an employee of the location for 11 years and was let go on her husband’s birthday. We now know that her name is Nanette and that this reportedly occurred at the Corydon Indiana Cracker Barrel store. Nanette, “Brad’s Wife”, has been offered a job by a competing restaurant in Texas, Chick-fil-A. The way the offer was made has gone viral though.
Chick-fil-A located at Georgia Street in Amarillo Texas has placed on their sign outside of their store the words, “Now Hiring Brad’s Wife!” Image below.

The post on Facebook has seen nearly 7,000 emoticons (thumbs up, smiley faces, hearts, etc) and over 20,000 shares as of this writing (Friday afternoon Central Standard Time).
This all started because “Brad’s Wife”, Nanette, was allegedly fired from Cracker Barrel Old Country Store after 11 years of employment. Brad simply asked on the company Facebook page why his wife was fired on his birthday. The ensuing support from the Internet was unforeseen and has all but crippled Cracker Barrel’s Facebook page (they are inundated with questions about the termination of “Brad’s Wife”).

Brad has since posted a reply to the immense support that him and his wife have received from the Internet. Sadly, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store has reportedly still not responded to Brad's inquiry.
