It'll be interesting to see how long they wear them for, if they are electronic tags they'll be on for a decent amount of time. You don't wear a cast on a broken ankle for a year!

Yes a noose is certainly more fitting, I agree totally @tremensospercy : ) But looks like we will need to be patient, biut i feel we are so close to seeing this as a reality !!
