A white man in from Baltimore MD has been arrested and charged with the murder of a homeless black man in NY after decided that he wanted to stalk a black man and take his life!

The mans name is James Harris Jackson and after he murdered 66-year-old Timothy Caughman, many people started to look up info about him and found that he was a fan of Tommy Sotomayor!
