I think you need to feel more deeply into this to understand what is being witnessed here. WHY are the various forces seeking to sell weapons specifically to those who will use them on such groups? Why is this all being covered up and denied? The various groups involved have FAR more money than they can ever use - they operate the entirely fake, unlimited money making machine of fiat currency and fractional reserve banking. There is an actual ideology involved here that causes those involved to specifically abuse particular groups.
Those without empathy and heart are not just randomly attacking everyone - they specifically target certain groups and this is done in relation to a kind of perceived 'hierarchy of domination' whereby those involved consider themselves to be 'not good enough' and so they attack those who it can be 'reasoned' are even less 'not good enough' than they are.
