Amazon has some great strategies in expanding and maintaining its efficiency. It's not just that they have tons of money but they know how to use it well. Something that we can all learn on a smaller scale.
You are right on the smaller scale part for all of us.
They are geniuses at improving their logistical chain....that is their real advantage.
And they continue to put it...over the next couple years, watch them get people their products in under an hour.
I hear they work the dog crap out of their warehouse people. Great product though.
