CSIS identifies the activists and the enablers (Pt.2)

When looking for information on censorship in Canada, I stumbled across this document.

CSIS has put together a report on disinformation, fake news, and how to address the problem. Within it, they identify the independent emergent activists that could be exploited by progenitors of fake news, and address the enablers of fake news. Namely social media outlets.

Within it, they identify the independant emergent activists that could be exploited by progenitors of fake news, and address the enablers of fake news.
It should be independent instead of independant.
