I always enjoy Ed’s videos. My only hesitation in agreeing with this one is that Khashoggi is not the first to experience this. There have been other Saudis who have been invited to a meal in a place like the Consulate (emphasis on “similar”) who have “disappeared forever.” Also, there was a CBC video where a young Saudi loving in Canada said he thought he was partly responsible for Khashoggi’s death. He spoke to Khashoggi about organizing criticism, and then discovered that his phone had been hacked. A tech expert said that Khashoggi’s phone was probably hacked, so MBS knew every word he had said for months.
Ed’s right, they wanted to make an example. But terrorists get drunk on their own power. They think they are winning, but they are not.
