Yeah. I differ to some part of your blog. Why do we expect anyone else to cut a check for charity? Why can't we do it?
I have seen many friends of mine who wants to do charity once their life is stable. Being frank, that's not gonna happen. So we as a society should do whatever is in our capacity rather than expecting politicians and celebs to do it for the society. Yes, it helps if they do it as an awareness but its totally up to them.

Celebs and politicians are "State Actors", like court jesters hundreds of years ago. Man, I would be charitable and cut cheques if I were a multi millionaire, and had more money than I could spend in 20 lifetimes, I wouldn't hesitate. The state wants low IQ society, and they do everything that they can through the tampering of food and water to attain that.
Again I agree with most of your comment but differ by some. You don't have to be millionaire for cutting a check. If every individual donate even a buck it could be more than a millionaire's check.
Their deeds will be paid somehow or the other if you believe in Karma. Bad Karmas will haunt them in later of their life. Money is very important but it's not the only thing to bring happiness.
Even Steemit runs on the same concept. Beginners dream on earning hundreds of dollar similar to whales. But to reach reputation 70 with thousand of followers you need dedication and willingness to post good content. Rest will follow. Every single drop counts.
