A França iniciou uma operação para remover mais de 22.000 pneus que foram depositados, intencionalmente, no fundo do mar, nos anos 80, para servir de recife. Uma iniciativa com boas intenções que se revelou um grave problema ambiental.
France has begun an operation to remove more than 22,000 tires that were deposited, intentionally in the seabed in the 1980s to serve as a reef. An initiative with good intentions that proved to be a serious environmental problem.
