"Existem duas vulnerabilidades, que podem causar danos significativos ao Bitcoin". Era 17 de setembro, quando um anônimo, que em seguida se identificou como um programador do Bitcoin Cash, comunicou a equipe do software Bitcoin Core a existência de duas vulnerabilidades.
Os desenvolvedores do Bitcoin Core, resolveram o problema em apenas 10 horas. Um dos bug poderia inflacionar a oferta de bitcoin e o outro poderia permitir um ataque de negação de serviço (DoS).
A notícia foi publicada hoje pelo site Criptomoedas Fácil, com o títolo "Bugs no Bitcoin: por que você deveria se preocupar", e esta disponível aqui. Apesar, do tom alarmante, segundo o portal parece uma falha não-intencional.

The developers of Bitcoin Core solved the problem in just 10 hours. One of the bugs could inflate the offer of bitcoin and the other could allow a denial-of-service (DoS) attack.
The news was published today by Criptomoedas Fácil, titled "Bugs in Bitcoin: Why You Should Be Worried", and it is available here. Despite the alarming tone, the portal looks like an unintentional flaw.
