I always found it strange that there were no stars, or galaxies, or other related "space stuff" in the background of these photos.
Who know what the truth is, but i like the description as "the great unwind," it's so much more accurate than just calling it a "revisionist" version -- as if the newer knowledge is somehow biased, when the reverse is the truth.
