another "great" instance of something fake again -- our societies are so deeply contaminated with not just fake news (CBS or some-such idiot-network delivered one of the latest examples by leaking headlines pre-maturely after Manchester while hiding behind "intel-community sources" that were not even talking, in case you guys missed it). All this matches perfectly with "filing petitions" for dead people or for other without authority as well as hundreds of other ways of "manufacturing consent" and other techniques borrowed from psycho-warfare and similar propaganda strategies.
I truly hope we'll get them for what they did.
