This millennial generation is growing at a time when technology is developing. these millennials are generally the children of the generation of baby boo-mers (generation x) now many of the millennials have become parents. while their children are called alpha generations, born between 2010/2011 and 2025. each generation certainly has a different style of education and parenting that cannot be compared from one generation to another. as well as millennial parents who have a different parenting style from the style of parents (generation y) before. parenting system that must be adopted by millennial parents in caring for the alpha generation is called Authoritative parenting. which is one style of parenting that shows extra strict supervision of being responsive, which means respecting and respecting thoughts, feelings and involving children in drawing conclusions. to become a millennial Parent is not easy because it must deal with a variety of children's behavior that is often fickle and tends to follow desires. besides millennial parents must have several ways to care for children;
1 • Give an Example Not an Advice because the little one learns from what is seen not from what is only heard.
2 • Give Experience Not Things because it will impress the little one with something you've never seen before. so that it can be valuable stock in the future.
3 • Reduce the use of gadgets replace with sensory experience activities include stimulating the child's senses, such as feeling, seeing, hearing, also touching and relating body movement and balance. and like training the brain, self-regulation, language development to increase bonding between you and your little one.
4 • Do good planning like what and how little will be schooled also make sure the supporting factors for example, preparing savings and investing to support the future of sianak.
5 • Let your child try various things and don't limit the range of motion and always support what it does. let him feel like a failure and wrong because that moment will teach you to be better. well that's her tips for parenting millennial parents in the current era that is developing.
