🗞️ Galaxy Note 9 Firmware Update
The update was released over-the-air. We now have the first Galaxy Note 9 firmware available for download from our firmware section. It brings minor improvements such as a new toggle in the Super Slow-mo camera mode. The first Galaxy Note 9 update that Samsung released a few days ago adds a toggle in the Super Slow-mo camera mode. The toggle enables users to decide if they want to record 0.2-second or 0.4-second moments in manual mode. Firmware version N960NKSU1ARH5 for the Galaxy Note 9 is now available for download from our firmware section. It’s Android 8.1 Oreo with the latest security patch for the month of August 2018. The firmware is for the Korean variant of the flagship. The relevant files for other variants will be available soon as well.

the Vivo Y83 runs Funtouch OS 4.0 on top of Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box. The handset sports a 6.22-inch HD+ (720x1520 pixels) FullView 2.0 IPS display with a 19:9 aspect ratio and a display notch. The Vivo Y83 Pro comes with 4GB of RAM, but there is no information regarding the processor that powers the smartphone.

Pocophone outside of India, the device is expected to feature a 5.99-inch FHD+ display with a notch at the top, and is said to come with 6GB or 8GB of RAM alongside 64GB or 128GB of internal storage. It’s also said to sport a 20MP camera on the front along with IR Face Unlock hardware. The dual rear-camera setup and the fingerprint sensor sitting at the center. There’s also a 4,000 mAh battery, USB-C port, a 3.5mm audio jack, and speaker grills at the bottom. There are also rumors of a 256GB variant with a ‘Kevlar’ finish.

The card does look very unique with the fans raised up, blowing air onto a heatsink that appears to be inside a fully enclosed chassis. Perhaps this is still a blower design, although a very elaborate one, that exhausts heat out the back and possibly the top of the card. Which can explain the raised up fans and the closed-in design.

In fact, back in February, Samsung CEO DJ Koh had told CNET in an interview that the company will ensure that its foldable smartphone is not a gimmick. "I need complete confidence that we're delivering the best user experience when we're launching a new category. When the time comes to show off the device, I'll be open about the new product,” he said.

Huawei Nova 3 and Nova 3i, will have special sale conditions from August 23 and August 21 respectively. While the Huawei Nova 3 will go on open sale from August 23 onwards, the company will also put the Huawei Nova 3i (iris purple variant) on flash sale on August 21.

Overwatch will stage a four-day, free weekend beginning Thursday, Aug. 23. While free players will have to buy the game to continue beyond that, all 28 characters and every map will be available to them on all platforms — PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One.

the Cupertino based tech giant also released a statement on the issue. The company said, “In order to reduce fraudulent activity on the App Store and comply with government requests to address illegal online gambling activity, we are no longer allowing gambling apps submitted by individual developers. The includes both real money gambling apps as well as apps that simulate a gambling experience. As a result, this app has been removed from the App Store. While you can no longer distribute gambling apps from this account, you may continue to submit and distribute other types of apps to the App Store.”

PUBG on PC Gets First ‘Fix PUBG’ Update With Better Cheating Reports, New Weapon, and Scooters in Sanhok.
Cheating Reports : PUBG has also added visual bug fixes such as eliminating loot box clipping under the map in Miramar. However, in terms of improving user experience, the biggest change seems to be around the reporting system, which now seems more robust. PUBG players on PC can now report teammates suspected of cheating, and snitch on enemies that have hacked the game to make themselves more invincible.
