The bottom line is that this guy has NO hope in the US BUT he really should get his passport and go abroad. If he's willing to get over the sunk cost of the time he wasted Skype dating the Venezuelana with the madre loca he'll find a boundless talent pool of exotic, feminine foreign women with whom he can geo-arbitrage his sexual marketplace value and then can realize the affection, monogamy and intimacy with the virtuous woman that he yearns for.
