Tragedy in Portland

Police have arrested a suspect after he mounted the footpath and began running down people.
3 people were injured when the man did the hit and run.

One of the victims is in the Oregon Health and Science university Hospital with serious injuries, she is in a critical condition.
Another victim is in a serious condition.

Reports from witnesses confirm that the car jumped the kerb hitting the women. The car then sped away from the scene leaving the women for dead.
