With winning this test series, India has made a world record of winning the most consecutive Test series at home. The Indian team has so far won a total of 11 series on home under the captaincy of MS Dhoni, Ajinkya Rahane and Virat Kohli. In this case, India has left behind Australia, who have won 10-10 Test series in their country twice.
