@davidpakman, the thing is that the test is by no means an IQ test to identify the mentally gifted and political Savants among us. In contrast, it solely checks for mental problems. A score of about 22 is already indicative of mild cognitive impairment. Achieve 16 points and it is highly likely you suffer from Alzheimer's disease.

So anything less than 30 points would be very worrisome. I wrote about the test, and provide a link to the sheet, if anyone wants to check if they are fit for office themselves. The test itself is ridiculously easy, as you said in your video.
