Steemit Promotion On Instagram - SteemitNow Hits 500 Followers

Steemit is one of the coolest things to happen to the digital world since Satoshi introduced Bitcoin in 2009. I want to see the platform flourish and I want to tell others about the blockchain and website.  

One of my endeavors to promote Steemit includes the Instagram account steemitnow. (Other endeavors include t-shirt and hoodie sales on my online store @bitcoinshirtz )

I'm happy to say the Instagram account just passed 500 followers!

 My content strategy is as follows: 

• Posting cool Steemit branded pictures.
• Using pictures from pexels.com (Creative Commons Zero)
• Posting relevant pictures about popular tags on Steemit. (“check out the food tag!” with a picture of delicious looking food)
• Reposting the best Steemit.com content. (articles I think others will be intrigued by)
• All posts include a little summary on what Steemit is all about:
  • " Steemit.com is the world’s fastest growing decentralized social media platform. Make a post and start earning cryptocurrency today!  Steemit connects to a robust blockchain database called Steem. This blockchain database distributes rewards in cryptocurrency to the users who bring the best content (blogs, comments, videos etc.) to the Steemit site. "

I have disconnected the bot I was running on the account as Instagram tightened their rules for bot interaction on the platform. I did not want to risk this marketing endeavor and get the account locked. So for now, growth and interaction will be 100% organic. 

 I am open to sponsorships and partnerships regarding the SteemitNow Instagram Page.
