Could it be that Russia is now using an air bass in Iran as a strategic move to move advance Ballistic missiles to cover Iranian skies

There as bin many talks about the Iranian nuclear program, also takes about possible strikes on their  facilities by the  Israelis, and how it would not be easily  achievable if Iran receive the s-300  that was delivered by Russia  in April 

Now that Russian military assets are now launching strikes from Iran , its just for show, or the cut flight time , or is something more strategic?

We see Russia move S-400s into Syria , could this result in the same ,is this just a move to strengthen Russian allies
in the likely event of ww3 ??
