In my personal opinion watching too much tv is not good, because on the news they mostly show bad things so your attention goes to those things.
We are 7 billion people on this planet and there are good people and bad people, but on the news you mostly see the bad and think this world is fucked up but in reality there is balance even if it is not fare that some people suffer...
