Domestic violence among law enforcement officers is almost double the national average. They must be used to telling people what to do and if they don't they resort to violence. It is the training of leo's that needs changed. Needless to say this guy was probably a loose cannon and training alone may not have stopped this but still our leo's need trained on De escalation and communication.
