Is Alibaba about to accept Bitcoin soon? Amazon and Google have great potential to follow.
In an article by the German cryptocurrency magazine BTC-ECHO, it is stated that in a recent survey conducted by Barry Silbert, with 4500 participants, more than 50% think that Alibaba is most likely to adopt cryptocurrencies first, followed by 31% believing in Amazon and 12% voting for Google.
In Japan, the wholesaler for electronical products Bic Camera already stated to partly implement Bitcoin as a payment system. Although so far there have been no comments by Amazon, the trend of accepting cryptocurrencies is rapidly increasing on a global scale. A recent petition, where more than 3500 have already signed, is demanding from Jeff Bezos (CEO of Amazon) to adopt Bitcoin and Litecoin as an alternative payment system.
Here is a list of 99 companies around the globe, that do accept Bitcoin already. On this list, you can find all places in Germany, Switzerland and Austria for using Bitcoin as a payment opportunity. In fact, there are more than 260,000 business, where you can pay with Bitcoin.
Japan and Russia do show the greatest adoption so far, specifically Russia with aiming collaborations with Vitalik Buterin (founder of Ethereum) and Sasha Ivanoc (CEO of Waves). China is also showing some progress since they announced aiming at publishing their own tokenized national cryptocurrency.

I do believe Jack Ma will be the leader in this space. Google and Amazon will definitely follow.
