Didn't the Vault7 leaks show that the US governments can fake foreign cyber attacks? The whole Russia thing is BS imo. Sure, Russia engages in cyber warfare, like all countries I'm sure, but this whole hysteria painting Russia as the source of every evil in the world is pure manipulation.
