A Call to Action: Stop the Internet Takeover!

in #news8 years ago

On my previous post I made available information regarding the current lawsuit by lawmakers to stop the takeover of the internet.  I also made available a snippet of information on ICANN's functions, who was scheduled to become the 'receiver' of the DNS domain name assignment.

It was also explained by Senator Cruz who introduced H.R. 1212, the Internet Freedom Act, which continues to sit among many other bills waiting for legal discussion and/or enactment to share his concerns on why the Senate needed to protect the internet.

This sitting or inaction caused the lawsuit to be filed.  It will take weeks or months before the circuit court will review the lawsuit and hear its merits.

In the meantime, a call to action is needed--Cartoonist Ben Garrison weighs in with his internet takeover leading to globalism and Stefan Molyneux explains in detail his concerns in the video below in calling for action:

Thanks! The url didn't pull in the cartoon -- don't know why though because it did capture a portion on your thread. Oh well...learning.
