Instincts go against a bird based on a few things ..
It's at least ABNORMAL to me, if nothing else.

Take a look at this video --
Compare the clarity of these birds in flight to the object clarity and distance from the camera.
The clarity of the plane vs the clarity of the object. If it were closer, it SHOULD have some clarity, despite its speed.
id say that video is not a good comparison as the trump footage is zoomed in and a passing object was only in a few frames if it was closer would prolly look like it was going about that fast.
