Don't "Sleepwalk Into War" Over North Korea, Warns United Nations Chief

Chatting on a visit to Japan, Secretary-General Guterres expressed: "The most exceedingly terrible possible thing that could happen would be for each one of us to sleepwalk into a war that may have greatly passionate conditions."
The UN Security Council has constrained three rounds of endorsements over the earlier year against North Korea over its certainly exceptional rocket and nuclear tests.
Guterres said those endorsements ought to be executed "by North Korea in particular, yet also totally realized by the different countries whose part is significant."
