The safest house in the US will look like a typical mansion in the southern states with columns. The estate, which is called "Rice House" (Rice House), is located near the capital of Georgia Atlanta in a closed area of 3.5 acres.

In the master bedroom and guest rooms (there are eight bedrooms in the house) there are armored doors that can withstand a series of shots from the AK-47.

In the basement of the mansion there is a car storage, which can accommodate up to 30 cars. The entrance to it is hidden behind a man-made waterfall - just like in the Wayne estate in "Batman". Behind the secret doors is the entrance to the bunker with an area of more than 4.5 thousand square meters.
In the underground bunker of the estate you can autonomously exist for several years, since electricity is supplied from the autonomous network and water from artesian wells drilled to a depth of 300 meters.

It is reported that the architect of the house made a specialist who for twenty years has designed safe buildings for the US Justice Department. The current owner of the Rice House spent about 6 years and $ 30 million to develop and build this unusual dwelling. He planned to live here with his family, but eventually learned that his son did not intend to move to the mansion. And now the vast estate is put up for auction: initially its price was 17.5 million dollars, but then fell to 14.7 million dollars.

The mansion is almost completed, there were only some finishing works, which the owner estimates at about 3-5 million dollars. In the house, besides the mentioned bunker, pool, bowling and private cinema, there are eight bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, three kitchens, a private museum, a wine cellar and a shooting gallery. Several elevators are also installed here.

The news of the safest house in America appeared in American media just a few days ago, and today announcements of its sale have been removed from popular real estate sites. Perhaps the house has already found its owner.
