It's not about the 2nd Amendment. There should be education of youth, not just training. Countries in which it is more difficult to buy and own weapons suffer similar attacks. Only when attacking schools use cold steel. If there are no cold weapons will use clubs.
It is necessary to change not the laws about weapons, but the thinking of people. Murders began with false tolerance and toleration.
