Alexa Loses Her Voice!

The first commercial is from Amazon "Alexa Loses Her Voice", where Amazon creates a kind of "False" independence between the user and his product until Alexa stops helping people when they ask for any kind of information. Sometimes the people asked for silly things -as Amazon habit tending to show the simplicity of their product and solutions-. To solve Alexa's absence they use "Characters" that are the ones that help with the customer, not being the best solution in the different cases. They show a bunch of Pathos and Ethos elements; in this way, they are using a little bit of Logos. When they compare Alexa with a person they are stating their ethic and responsibility in their duty, at the same time they are taking advantages of the emotional part that means Alexa's absence.
