Turkey and Iraq sign agreement on development road project.

The project, which will connect the Persian Gulf to Europe via Turkey, will be completed in 2028.

The cost is estimated at $17 billion.

Qatar and the UAE also signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation for the development road project.
