How do we get to "government for the people by the people".

I would love to know who makes theses decisions? Who in the justice department says let's go after theses people.

It wouldn't be so bad if it was a robot making the decisions (SKYNET) but it's actual fellow humans, guys doing 9-5 jobs making theses life changing decisions to jail, kill and harass.

Who is the government? We elect these assholes and that leads to guys like Ross doing life for running a website, the Bundys harassed, others dead and millions in jail for victimless crimes.
