La Fiscal General de la República Luisa Ortega, después de haber apoyado el gobierno de Hugo Chavez y parte del gobierno de Nicolas Maduro.
Comenzó a tomar acciones sobre las denuncias de violación de derechos humanos en las manifestaciones en contra del actual gobierno y actos de corrupción.
Debido a estas acciones, fue acusada de traición a la patria, pero no habían podido removerla de su cargo.
La Asamblea Nacional, electa por votación universal, directa y secreta del pueblo venezolano el 06-12-2015 (electa para cumplir un periodo de 5 años, 2015-2020), trató de elaborar leyes y decretos para solventar la grave crisis económica, social y humanitaria que atraviesa el país. Las cuales no fueron apoyadas ni implementadas por el gobierno de Nicolás Maduro; por el contrario el gobierno comenzó a realizar parlamento de calle en las comunidades, pasando por encima de las formalidades legales del parlamento.
Los Magistrados del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, fueron escogidos al dedo por la cúpula de diputados afectos al gobierno madurista, que eran mayoría en el parlamento hasta la elección de diciembre de 2015; quienes en una sesión viciada presentaron su lista, los juramentaron y habilitaron, antes de que tomaran posesión (en enero 2016) los nuevos parlamentarios, que iban a conformar la mayoría opositora en la Asamblea Nacional, lo cual en fecha reciente fue denunciada por la Fiscal General destituida y desde allí comenzó la campaña de persecución contra la funcionaria.
La mejor solución para el gobierno dictatorial de Nicolás Maduro, fue montar una Asamblea Nacional Constituyente, para anular totalmente la actual, que ya había sido acusada de desacato por el Tribunal Supremo. Todo ello, más el desconocimiento o relego de los gobernadores y alcaldes opositores, que fueron legítimamente electos en su fecha.
Así, de esta manera, poder tener todo el control en Venezuela. Supuestamente ahora manda el pueblo en la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente; pero lo curioso es, que vemos en la Directiva electa, las mismas caras visibles de los funcionarios chavistas que venían desempeñando cargos de gobierno. Otro engaño más para quienes se vistieron de gala para ir al baile.
1 Destituir a la Fiscal Luisa Ortega Díaz. Propuesta por Diosdado Cabello.
2 Designar a Tarek William Saab. Ex Defensor del Pueblo y ex gobernador en tiempos de Chávez, como Fiscal General. Propuesta por Diosdado Cabello.
3 Modificar el reglamento para sesionar por 2 años.
4 Sesionar desde cualquier salón del Parlamento, donde normalmente se sesionaba en el Salón Elíptico conforme al protocolo.
Todas estas medidas, más los decretos que seguirán y las leyes, serán aprobadas por unanimidad. El total de votos a favor, en vista de que todos los diputados son oficialistas, o adeptos al régimen.
Ahora, el gobierno de Nicolas Maduro, tiene a su favor la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente, el Fiscal General de la República, el Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, el CNE (Centro Nacional Electoral), La Contraloría General de la Nación, la presidencia del Banco Central de Venezuela, de PDVSA…

esta situacion por la que hoy atraviesa nuestro pais no es mas que un simple y duro regimen dictatorial y ante la comundad internacional como venezolana me siento decepcionada y ofendida hablan de ayudar a Venezuela y no toman cartas en el asunto como si todos los asesinatos y y corrupciones que han realizado este grupo de personas no fueran suficiente para tomar mano dura como organismos que son O.E.A. O.N.U y muchos otros mas
Ciertamente esta organizaciones solo hablan y hablan, pero no terminan de tomar acciones sobre nuestro país. Sin embargo han sacado a todos los miembros del gobierno de todas las organizaciones como sanción, para así tratar de hacer presión, pero no ha sido suficiente. Esperemos una reacción más fuerte por parte de los demás países. Por ahora no perdamos la fe. Gracias @karlapagnini por comentar. :)

Es evidente la total violacion de los derechos humanos del soberano en Venezuela, estos autocratas no duran mucho, sobre todo ante un pueblo valiente como el de la cuna del libertador de America Simon Bolivar, Dios mediante saldremos de esta tormanta que ha dañado la estructura de la nacion.
Al igual que tu, no pierdo las esperanzas de que podamos recuperar nuestro país. Y reconstruir todo lo que el gobierno actual ha destruido. Y así volver a la paz que siempre tuvimos. Gracias @agcoeficiente10 por no perder la fe en nuestra hermosa Venezuela. Saludos.
