WELCOME CHAMBERLAIN TO THE REDS SQUAD

First Day of Exercise, Chamberlain Greeted Klopp with Hugs.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain welcomed Jurgen Klopp with a hug on his first day of training with the Liverpool squad. It was Klopp's distinctive hug for Chamberlain.
The versatile English international completed his transfer from Arsenal last week before taking part in the Three Lions win over Malta and Slovakia at the international break. And as Oxlade-Chamberlain entered Melwood's building for the first time, he was greeted with a warm hug from Liverpool boss Klopp.
The 24-year-old former Arsenal player is a close friend of the Reds captain Jordan Henderson. So it is not surprising to see Henderson assist Oxlade-Chamberlain to adapt in a new environment.
After meeting staff at the rehearsal complex on Wednesday morning, Oxlade-Chamberlain enjoyed lunch with Henderson before undergoing regular meetings with the club's medical team and his first training session with his new teammates.

After completing his switch to Anfield last week, Oxlade-Chamberlain posted on social media: "Very happy to be part of The Reds! Can not wait to start with colleagues after the International break! @liverpoolfc ".
Oxlade-Chamberlain is included in the squad containing 25 Liverpool players for the Champions League which was announced on Monday. Now he is waiting to make his debut with the Reds as they travel to Manchester City this weekend.
