Jeffrey Epstein child victim Virginia Roberts wins critical court decision
In 2002 Virginia Roberts was 15 and working at Donald Trump's country club Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida. It was then and there that she allegedly met Ghislaine Maxwell, the daughter of disgraced tycoon Robert Maxwell. Virginia herself recalls the encounter with Maxwell:
"I was wearing my sexy white Mar-A- Lago uniform – a white miniskirt and a skintight white polo top – and studying an anatomy book when I was approached by this striking woman in her mid-40s with a very proper British accent: Ghislaine."
After expressing to Maxwell her wish to be a masseuse, she claims to have been taken to meet Epstein at his mansion, where she gave him an "erotic massage" for which she was paid £130.

Also in 2002 Roberts claims to have serviced rich and powerful friends of Epstein, including British royal Prince Andrew, as they traveled the world. At one point Roberts was even flown to Thailand to take a massage class.

Who is Ghislaine Maxwell?
Ghislaine Maxwell is a British socialite and the youngest child of publisher Robert Maxwell. Maxwell moved to the United States after her father's death and has become an advocate for the ocean as the founder of The TerraMar Project. She is passionate about Bill Clinton, with whom she is close friends.
Maxwell was also Jeffrey Epstein's "Fixer" or "Madam".(1) It is very likely Maxwell is one of the unidentified (but protected) co-conspirators in Jeffrey Epstein's plea bargain/non-prosecution agreement. Several victims have identified Ghislaine Maxwell as being present during Jeffrey Epstein's illicit activities,(2) but perhaps the most outspoken victim would be Virginia Roberts.
Maxwell has always denied any involvement in Epstein's crimes. In a 2015 statement, Maxwell rejected allegations that she has acted as a "madame for Epstein" and "facilitated Prince Andrew’s acts of sexual abuse". Maxwell's spokesperson said that "the allegations made against Ghislaine Maxwell are untrue" and that she "strongly denies allegations of an unsavoury nature, which have appeared in the British press and elsewhere and reserves her right to seek redress at the repetition of such old defamatory claims."
Ironically, it was Maxwell's efforts to use the mainstream press to suppress and ridicule Roberts' claims that gave Roberts suitable grounds to countersue as well.
Roberts (Giuffre) vs. Maxwell
Following Roberts' speaking out about her abuse, Maxwell would sue Roberts for defamation to which Roberts would subsequently countersue. Roberts' argument was that Maxwell's suit alleging that Roberts statements were false was, itself, defamation.(3) Based on docket website, Plainsite, Robert's case appears to have been decided in a sealed opinion (essentially, one that is kept secret from the public).(4) Journalist Sharon Churcher appears to have made a motion to see the opinion, which was granted - at least to a redacted version - but it is unclear when the redacted opinion will become available.(5)

While the full extent of this case is yet to be fully disclosed, it does officially deny Maxwell's motion for a Summary Judgement against Virginia Roberts. In addition, the judge also ruled Maxwell's actions as "bullying", "harassment" and "intimidation". Here's perhaps the most important page of the entire opinion which has been years on the making:

Not 100% sure when the photo was dated, but Roberts claims to have been a slave for many years. I thought this particular photo was important because it's the only one I have with both Maxwell AND Roberts.
And she is not the only one claiming to been a sex slave. It's a crazy world we living in.
