Cerberus Capital Management

In the latter part of 2009 alone, Cerberus-owned Talecris opened four new plasma-milking factories, plastering the Mexican side of the border with advertisements promising easy cash, and parking special plasma-farm buses on the American side of the border to haul their human cargo to those milking dens not within walking distance of the Rio Grande.

In the four years they owned Talecris, Cerberus Capital Management turned their initial $80 million USD investment into a $1.8 billion USD return using this methodology for procuring plasma donations.(1) (archive.is)

This is the same company that also accepted bailout money during the 2008 financial crisis and would later purchase DynCorp in 2010.
