Give me a break. The rate of increase in technological innovation is itself increasing. A technology is lucky to be useful in a decade let a lone a few.
Russia like to say they have tons of power because they have to.. They dont want the US to come in and take their oil. But russia has rebuilt since USSR and should be feared from US . they might take back alaska .. But i just post what i seen lol
