This is absolutely sickening, and what's worse is that this pattern is repeating at the highest echelons the world over. I applaud your work here in bringing light to the abuse in your own country, and now you have another eager follower awaiting more good stuff like this.
Yes, these groups operate globally and have done for a very long time (as in probably 1000s of years).
