A network of mysterious tunnels found on the Moon!
The US Space Agency (NASA) has discovered tunnels that run deep below the surface of the Moon, which was estimated to be ideal for a new lunar base.
These are tunnels that were once long formed by the action of the lava.
"Given their size, shape, illumination and geological environment, they are good candidates for the lunar base," said researcher Dr. Pakal Li.
Up to the discovery of the tunnel, scientists came to study surface snapshots, where holes were visible at a glance. It turned out that the holes actually opened the tunnels, which were created, most likely, at the time when there was still volcanic activity on the Moon.
Around the Monthly equator, there were 200 of similar openings, and new ones were observed on the Severn pole. NASA believes that some tunnels could deeply conceal frozen water, which would in that case be a great deal of relief for future missions in Meseche, as they could have additional space and weight for travel.
US President Donald Trump ordered NASA to send that astronaut to Meseca's surface.
"Our next step should be further research, to confirm that these holes really enter the tunnels, and if they are, they contain ice," Dr. Li concluded.
